They work to make sure customers are happy! We bought our Honda from a different dealership but didn’t return there for service due to some pretty significant issues related to our experience th We bought our Honda from a different dealership but didn’t return there for service due to some pretty significant issues related to our experience there. When the van I just purchased had trouble within 24 hours of purchase, John Hinderer fit us right in and took care of the issue. We went back for routine service a couple months later and they did a good job of making sure that the car was running well and was a safe vehicle for my family. We ran into an issue, but the folks at John Hinderer took care of it right away and went above and beyond to made it right. I appreciate how they look at customers as humans rather than as dollar signs and they put in a lot of effort to make sure that you’re taken care of. They met me at my vehicle, listened to what my concerns were, discussed what the best course of action was, and then called me a couple days later to make sure everything was running well and followed up quickly to address that issue that popped up, all with a smile instead of making me feel rushed or like I was a burden. It’s nice to see a business that puts as much effort into showing that they care for their customers as they do with servicing the vehicles! More

Great purchase experience I was looking for a small sized SUV with good storage and fuel economy. I was looking at the HR-V and CR-V. Matt helped me find that the HR-V was best I was looking for a small sized SUV with good storage and fuel economy. I was looking at the HR-V and CR-V. Matt helped me find that the HR-V was best suited for me. I got a lot of information on the vehicle, learned about the features while test driving, and got flexible leasing options - which mattered a lot for me being a recent graduate. He helped through the whole process, communicating back and forth as I had more questions. I got the 2019 HR-V LX AWD. It has a lot of neat features. The ones I liked most were the ECO mode, the 3-mode back-up camera, the magic seats, and that the rear seats lay completely flat when folded down. Also leasing meant I got the Honda Avantage program which covers a lot of things, such as oil changes, so that was a big plus for me. Driving it felt more comfortable than some other cars I tried out. Alexis was great at helping me get started on all the features in the car. In the end when I made my decision, getting the paperwork and finances done was easy. And, because I got Henry for finance, it was quite fun too. Overall it was quite a good experience for my first new car (lease or otherwise). More
