Amazing customer service I came to John Hinderer Honda thinking that I wouldn’t get approved or I’d be approved with a monthly over 500. I was wrong with 0 credit they were ab I came to John Hinderer Honda thinking that I wouldn’t get approved or I’d be approved with a monthly over 500. I was wrong with 0 credit they were able to get me into a 2019 Honda Fit will low payments. If I ever buy a car from them again the only 2 people I would ever talk to are Jordan Smith and Tom Diggs! Great experience on buying a new 2019 Honda Pilot!! Chris took the time to show me the car in a very thorough way!! Explained all the new equipment and took the time to show how it works!! This is the first new vehicle we have purchased since 1986, so it was a very special event for us. John Hinderer Honda has serviced our 2008 Pilot that we purchased in 2010 from another used car dealer locally. Their service has been great and they stand behind their work!! After this purchase experience I would not buy a new/used vehicle from anyone else in this area!! Thanks so much for all your time and help in the process!!! More

Used car interaction The sales department was helpful as far as getting me into a car and getting the finance the car but that action afterword I had my car three days and The sales department was helpful as far as getting me into a car and getting the finance the car but that action afterword I had my car three days and I started to hear noise from the passenger rear tire I understand it was a as is but I had it three days and I didn’t even put 100 miles on it I was wanting them to at least take a look at it to see what the problem was they offered no help no resolution all I got it it is as is and it was my responsibility I do believe it was an existing issue that I was not told about and from there forward I would not recommend any of my family members because of the situation they were not willing to even help me out with this and the fact that I only have the car three days so it was basically my problem and I had to deal with it and it could’ve been a something as the routers need to turn but they were unwilling to even help me find out More
