Incompete I have bought and leased several vehicles from here and the sales and service departments have been friendly and helpful. We like dealing here but lat I have bought and leased several vehicles from here and the sales and service departments have been friendly and helpful. We like dealing here but lately I have had some concerns. I bought a used Honda Pilot for my daughter and it did have high mileage but the service record was good the maintenance seem to be consistent. It was a buy “as is,” but l figured they had at least checked and analyzed the vehicle. We drove it home from Newark to Zanesville and it quit running. We towed it back and found that the alternator was bad. We paid half the bill to have it fixed.. They put new tires on it (part of the deal) and the vehicle began to run rough and shake when we drove it. I took it to our tire man at home and found that the lug nuts were not tightened on one wheels.. After that the vehicle was running great. Three months later we brought it in for an oil change and drove it home. She went to go to work the next day and it wouldn’t run. There was an oil leak that spilled over on the alternator and cut the power. This leak just didn’t happen. This vehicle was not checked and serviced before putting it on the lot. I hope this doesn’t happen again. More
