Zak, Thank you so much for your honest feedback with our company we appreciate your feedback regardless if it is always glowing. Im sorry your daughter's vehicle has expereinced several mechanical issues and it sounds like you believe that you may not have received the service you are accustomed to here. John Hinderer Honda certainly understands that all of our clients want to get "good use" and a "better value" out of any purchase from our store. Unfortunately, at times, machines can fail or breakdown no different than people. It does sound like even though the vehicle was purchased AS/IS, we have attempted to tip the value scale for you by paying for 50% of the initial repair. Based on experience, as vehicles age they generally cost more to maintain. We normally have over 100 vehicles in pre-owned inventory that offer varying warranties without any additional cost to our guests. Would your daughter be open to replacing her car with a newer, lower mile vehicle with a warranty or certification? We certainly would be willing to help. Thanks again---Justin 740-522-1106
