Jason, my contact, arranged a rental car and kept me appraised of the situation. When the battery went dead a week after this visit Jason again got me right in and did not charge for the battery. She immediately started making phone calls to my insurance company and to Hertz. I did not ask anything of her, she took charge and had me out the door in 15 minutes in a Honda rental.
