2016 Honda Civic I have had my civic in for service for the same problem 4 times within 1 week. They couldn’t figure out the problem but now think they have. They were I have had my civic in for service for the same problem 4 times within 1 week. They couldn’t figure out the problem but now think they have. They were supposed to contact me today to update me as to the progress but didn’t. I ended up calling to check on it, they took my name and verified my number and said they would have John to call me with the information. That was at 6:15 pm. It is now 7:24 and no call ! Very unhappy with the car and service! Definitely a 0 rating for the car and service! More

Recall I received a letter in the mail stating that there was a software upgrade that needed to be installed. When I first called they did not have the part I received a letter in the mail stating that there was a software upgrade that needed to be installed. When I first called they did not have the part yet, so instructed me to call back the next week. It was in and I scheduled service. It was very easy to sit and wait for my car with all of the amenities of the waiting area. It took approximately an hour and a half. More
