Fix car wash to earn my continued business Fix your car wash procedure. I love the car wash and when I come through, enter my code, receive a car wash and drive away I think to myself “I love t Fix your car wash procedure. I love the car wash and when I come through, enter my code, receive a car wash and drive away I think to myself “I love this place, I will buy my next car here for sure!” However whenever that deviates, which is very often, in ways such as telling me I have to come get a new code each time to prevent it locking up despite the code having a 90 use window, the car wash being closed despite the dealership being open, etc. then I think to myself “This is such a hassle” and it makes me start to think about buying my next car somewhere else. I will by a Honda next, that has nothing to do with you, a convenient car wash that doesn’t require me exiting my vehicle each time is what will earn my business. The employee selected was only because it was required and he was the first on the list. More

Excellent! I have been working with John Hinderer Honda for a little over a year now. I had a Civic that I absolutely hated, Chris Banks and Henry Tiller went ab I have been working with John Hinderer Honda for a little over a year now. I had a Civic that I absolutely hated, Chris Banks and Henry Tiller went above and beyond to make sure I got the car that I would love at least throughout the rest of my college career. They are all aware I drive a lot and they took finding me a car to a personal level in order to make sure I was safe, and getting the best gas milage and the price that fit into my budget! I cannot see myself ever working with anyone else.
