Almost 4 hours for a new coil pack and spark plug! I called to make an appointment to which I was scheduled for 7:30 am. Sounded good but apparently the technicians/mechanics don’t even arrive until 8! More

Thanks so much for providing your feedback on your experience with our Service team. Electrical issues are difficult to diagnose correctly and can take some time! In speaking with the service team, what took so much time on your vehicle was they wanted to ONLY replace 1 coil pack vs doing all of them! The technician verified that all of the other coil packs would pass a load test and not leave you or your vehicle not firing on all cylinders. We should have let you know that by not replacing ALL the coils would take an extra hour or so, but it would save you $$$. Sorry that we kept you there all morning and we really appreciate you bringing your car in to our dealership, we certainly want to set the right expectations for our guests and be good stewards of your pocketbook.

We always recommend factory maintenance and Honda's schedule unless we happy to diagnosis a need that falls outside of the schedule. We continuously survey our competitors pricing just to make sure that we are the most competitive, and currently we offer the lowest FULL synthetic oil service around at $34.99. Hopefully we did a solid job of explaining the services so you were able to understand the total value? Sorry to hear about the tire pressure light indicator, unfortunately this time of year there is a great deal of fluctuations in the temperatures and any tire with a 2-3lb difference can set that light. We also understand that you depend on us for good information. Unfortunately, the folks at our dealership do not control the lending terms provided to our guests. In your specific situation, some of the information that was scrutinized by the underwriters of the lender, caused the change of your approval to advance the proposed amount to you without that significant down payment. We are certainly willing to help you now or in the future. We may have better success with a different vehicle that the lender will not require a $5K downpayment. Sorry for any disappointment, and I hope you understand we are also at the mercy of the lender and its underwriters. Regards, Justin
