Prompt, efficient. I brought my new truck in for recall evaluation. I was not expecting this service to take 2 hours. Representative promptly advised me that they would I brought my new truck in for recall evaluation. I was not expecting this service to take 2 hours. Representative promptly advised me that they would shuttle me home and come and get me when service was done. They did. Service was done on time, as promised. I appreciated the shuttle service. I have had similar service done at Coughlin, and had to wait for 2 hours in shop, because they do not provide shuttle service. Thank you so much!!! I'll be back! More
