Kass, Thanks so much for feedback with your experience. We certainly don't want you to think that we are rude or pushy regarding your vehicle's needs. You did certainly hit the nail on the head regarding training! Of course it is our job to look every car over that comes in for service for any potential needs as that is what we are paid to do! However, how we deliver that information to a client dictates how you feel, whether it is helpful, empathetic or even as you said pushy. We don't always get it right, and Im sorry if we didn't deliver you the message to you correctly.
