My experience Wednesday Well to start the orignal sales rep mr.needles was nt there for our scheduled appointment, mr.jordan smith took us over..no prob..then the 2 Wednesday Well to start the orignal sales rep mr.needles was nt there for our scheduled appointment, mr.jordan smith took us over..no prob..then the 2009 red silverado we were originally suppose to view was just minutes away to going off to auction..mind u we were scheduled to see this vechicle..we saw it nt for us. So we decided on the 2011 black silverado..love it. Thats nt the issue great truck great price happy hubby.. We were schduled to pik up the truck on Sunday (easter) after a lil trany maintence..you folks called us on friday said it was ready and nt open on sunday to pik up. So my husband called at 3:15 fri afternoon talked to service dept said come on in.. We live one and a half hr from heath..we arrive just before 5. They cant find my truck..after several phone calls and finding out its still in detail (2 hrs) after we call to come pick it up..it literally was 5:58 pm when we left and u all close at 6... Love the truck. Not happy about ur business system Really felt like we were nt important customers. Just remember u asked about my experience!!! More

There was a slight breakdown in communication regarding finishing up a couple items on the "WE OWE" list; getting scheduled in for the work, we found the appointment as scheduled did not get us back the vehicle as expected (took an extra day). When we came to pick it up, took about a half hour to track the car down and then replace a defective temporary tag. But we were not in a big hurry, so that was not a very big deal. NOTE: we weren't sure where to pick up the car, started at Service Dept, but they didn't know where it was; they went looking at the body shop, but car had already been moved it to Service Dept (near the check-in door). Service was told by body shop it was at the shop, but VIN check showed it was indeed at the Service as stated. above. More
