Ripped off I purchased a 2017 Honda Civic from this Dealership for $17,500. i was driving home after the purchase and noticed my passenger tail light was moving I purchased a 2017 Honda Civic from this Dealership for $17,500. i was driving home after the purchase and noticed my passenger tail light was moving around. Upon further inspection after arriving home i saw the reason why = ( The cover was not bolted down-minus the one bolt that kept it from completely flying off , and it was filled with condensation, and was burned out. The rear bumper was sagging and not put together properly, Headlights dimming and brightening when the car is stopped at a light. I called the dealership the following morning and was told to bring it in to be looked at. They had my car for eleven days and still did not repair the tail light other than replacing the cover and bolting the bumper. i have called numerous times asking that my tail light be fixed so it at the very least lights up.....The vehicle obviously has an electrical short somewhere. The last i spoke with them the Finance Manager told me to bring it back and swap it out stating the owners Son said i would never be satisfied with the car. Took it back out there and ' Swapping out" obviously means Trading the vehicle in and taking an $8000 dollar loss in addition to my $1700 that i put down 5 weeks prior ...... Unbelievable!!! I just wanted the light repaired for goodness sake. Mind you this was a Certified Vehicle and should never have been on the lot in that condition. Had i known how crooked they were i would have gone over it with a fine tooth comb, or better yet avoided the place in general. I have purchased many vehicles from various car lots over the years but this was by far the worst car buying experience i have ever encountered. It's just really bad business and i regret the day i stepped foot on the Lot. I am so disappointed! I don't recommend this dealership at all.They have been unwilling to fix the problem so now i'm stuck with a car that has an "Electrical problem" ..... Beware of this place! Wrecked vehicles half put together just to swindle people out of their hard earned money. I personally work two jobs to get by and so angry that places like this even stay in business. More

We turned in our leased 2016 Honda CRV and decided to lease a 2019 Honda Civic this time. Everyone we dealt with was courteous and efficient moving us through the process. Ron Strong, especially!! We'd dealt with Ron on the 2016 CRV and were happy to deal with him again this time around. Taylor took care of the paperwork and Tyler went over all of the features of the new Civic. Love the new car!!! More

The Nellie and the other staff in the collision center were great...friendly, professional, and always courteous. My car looked fabulous as well when they were finished. The only reason I did not give them a 5 Star rating is that because of the rental car. The car I got was fantastic...a new Accord...very nice However, I initially had a rental car scheduled with Hertz. But upon talking to the team there, I was told I could get a Honda Ridgeline for a rental. I really wanted to try out a Ridgeline because I was considering it for my next vehicle. I figured it would be a perfect time to try it out for a few days to see how I liked it. (not just a 15 minute test drive). Anyway , Long story short...I switched and rescheduled my repair to match up with the Ridgeline availability... the very next day I get a call from Honda stating the Ridgeline was no longer available and I would be given an Accord. Kind of felt like bait and switch (though I am very confident that was not the case). Again I have always had good service and this time was no different....Just disappointed.. More
