I reached out via email overnight, as I was completely unable to sleep. The following day, Miguel called early in the morning to inform me that lower rates were indeed available based on our very high credit scores; he said John Hinderer would gladly rework our deal for us. My husband and I returned to the dealership and everything was handled to our complete satisfaction. We are grateful for the prompt response we received from Miguel, and the way in which our issues were addressed. We absolutely love our new CR-V. More
