Great customer service! I had to bring in my Honda Fit to have a noise coming from my front wheels fixed. Ended up being a wheel bearing. The drivers side was replaced.... bu I had to bring in my Honda Fit to have a noise coming from my front wheels fixed. Ended up being a wheel bearing. The drivers side was replaced.... but ended up needing both. So I was given a loaner/rental car to get me home since the part was not available. The called me the next day when it was ready. The pricing was very good and Kirk took great care of me the entire way. Plus the waiting room had all the snacks and drinks you could ever need was a bonus! More

Auto Butler While I will not bring my car in for additional cleaning, I was not happy when I picked my car up after the auto butler. There were bug smudges on the front of my car and after cleaning they put the clear coat right over these smudges. They did not open the rear hatch to clean the shelf under the hatch. Debris was left in the cup holders along with the solution they cleaned them with. Not a particularly happy camper. More
