New customer service need to take lessons from past I had never taken my Acura any where else for 9 years. My last two experiences have not been positive. Last fall when my car was due for routine mai I had never taken my Acura any where else for 9 years. My last two experiences have not been positive. Last fall when my car was due for routine maintenance, I called about detailing because I wanted the interior leather cleaned. When I dropped the car off I reviewed what detailing I wanted and also ask to have the wiper blades replaced. When I picked the car up: 1) interior had been wiped but not cleaned 2) the entire wiper had been replaced not just the blade (which is more expensive) 3) the individual going over the report couldn’t read the written message other than it said something about the struts. His comment was they would be okay until the next maintenance. I was taking a trip so had someone check just in case and found they were a little more critical. Time passes and dissatisfaction fades but unfortunately the experience only renewed dissatisfaction. Brought my car in for a diagnostic check after exterior temp malfunction. The communication about progress was very poor. When I ask for an explanation of why the repair was more expensive and had taken longer the service persons attitude was rude and demeaning. Yes they had provided a vehicle since they had my car over the weekend but it still was an inconvenience. More

John was very patient and walked me back to the service area to explain issues with my tires so that I could visually understand what he was talking about, which I greatly appreciated. I do not understand vehicle maintenance and thinking you are going in for minor service to have many issues presented, increasing your bill considerably, can be scary. John made it not so scary or painful. Hinderer Honda offers excellent customer service and I will continue to get my vehicle serviced with them. Thank you! More

Great customer service! I had to bring in my Honda Fit to have a noise coming from my front wheels fixed. Ended up being a wheel bearing. The drivers side was replaced.... bu I had to bring in my Honda Fit to have a noise coming from my front wheels fixed. Ended up being a wheel bearing. The drivers side was replaced.... but ended up needing both. So I was given a loaner/rental car to get me home since the part was not available. The called me the next day when it was ready. The pricing was very good and Kirk took great care of me the entire way. Plus the waiting room had all the snacks and drinks you could ever need was a bonus! More
