Express Customer Service Is Terrible. There 2 times in 3 days. First time i was treated terrible as soon as I walked in the door. Ended up kinda making it right but was not nice about it. 2nd time was better but the greeting could certainly more genuine. I dislike going thru express. The Service providers are much more friendly. One question I do have is why do you offer appts for oil changes but then tell the customers when you get there that you don’t do appts and it is first come first serve. Extremely misleading. I often question myself every time if I want to come back. My salesman lied to me and was more worried about his survey then me and my purchase. Should have known then I was in for trouble. 3rd time I bought a car from you and had all of them serviced there but not sure either will happen again in the future.
