Great place to buy a vehicle! I called and asked about a vehicle they had for sale and treated with respect and given an accurate description of the vehicle. I asked them to take a few more pictures for me and they were happy to do that and sent them right over to me. I text the salesman I was dealing with to let him know I would be coming down Monday to look at the vehicle. He let me know that he was off that day but would have someone there to help me. I drove 2-1/2 hours and was greeted at the door with a handshake. We test drive the vehicle and I was pleasantly surprised at how accurate the description of the vehicle was. We worked a deal and I bought the vehicle. Every person I talked with there was kind and courteous. great place to do business with. More

After our purchase, they took the time to go through our new vehicle with us to make sure we understood all the features. They also offer perks such as free car washes, oil changes, etc. We also liked that they didn't push things on us that other dealerships have in the past. While they showed us the available add on accessories (floor mats, hitch, etc.), they were not pushy nor did they try to sell us gap insurance or other unnecessary items. Highly recommend. We chose this dealership despite the fact that there are closer Honda dealerships to us (John Hinderer is about an hour away from our home) but we will not hesitate to use this dealership in the future. More

This a defect with Honda and should be paid by Honda. 883.00 for a connection. You have lost a customer and a buyer. More
