When arriving to the dealership with the van picked out, we were treated with great customer service! Henry had things already lined out for us, which made the process easier with my kids joining the process that evening. Amy was outstanding and felt like a close friend during it all. Mike was such a great help in explaining things and helping things run smoothly. Tyler made sure we knew all the features before leaving, even after closing time!! I cannot express how nice it was to work with such kind people. It really made the buying process a lot less stressful. More

An education in mechanics My last service appointment reported that my break pad life was 6/10 so, I was a little surprised to hear 3 weeks later that I needed rotors and pads. My last service appointment reported that my break pad life was 6/10 so, I was a little surprised to hear 3 weeks later that I needed rotors and pads. Jay Whitehead, the mechanic took a great amount of time explaining how they measure the life of a pad, what color the rotors should be in, and what hot spots look like. He went on to explain how rust builds up behind the clips in the calipers which then causes the pads to stick resulting in damage to the rotors. He showed me how he had to pry the old pads out which was pressed against the rotors. He also demonstrated how a malfunctioning caliper affects break pads as well. Thankfully my calipers were not affected. He then showed me how they clean the calipers and clips to allow free pad movement. Basically my car doctor Jay gave me the differential diagnosis. Zack Farrington reduced my bill a tad and made the visit less painful. Thank you for taking me to mechanic school! More
