Making it work! I went to Honda on 05/11/2019, where I worked with Jason Needles and Dustin Boucher. I had previously worked with Dustin a couple months back, but fin I went to Honda on 05/11/2019, where I worked with Jason Needles and Dustin Boucher. I had previously worked with Dustin a couple months back, but financially we weren’t able to work something out. (Lot of negative equity on a car that had no value) He told me to wait a few months and come back and that’s what I did. I told them I wanted to leave with a new car that day, and that’s exactly what happened! They were able to get me into a better deal than I had anticipated. I was so impressed with how quick I got in, test drove, got approved, and signed the papers - I was done in less than 3 hours! Henry Tiller was PHENOMENAL as well. He got me a lower interest rate so I would have a lower payment to better fit my budget. Everyone was so kind and easy to work with. I will definitely be coming back for my next Honda! More

Very Bad Experience Was told the car I wanted was in almost new condition. When I arrived after an 8-hour drive to pick it up, the car was not ready and I had to wait 2 Was told the car I wanted was in almost new condition. When I arrived after an 8-hour drive to pick it up, the car was not ready and I had to wait 2 hours. After I finally got the car, there was a loud clicking sound on the left front. After service looked at it it had a grinding metal sound on brakes and the rotor was warped from someone riding the brakes. The car was not satisfactory, I wasted 400 dollars in travel costs and I was charged a 500 deposit that they said they would not charge me as I refused the vehicle. I have not gotten my refund and have had to dispute the charge with my Visa. Probably the worst experience I have ever had buying a vehicle and I have had at least 10 cars (2 of which were Honda's) in my life. Was never offered any compensation for my expense or an opportunity for another vehicle. Felt like they were trying to unload a lemon and the sales manager was already telling me that if I had a problem, I could consider the Lemon laws. I said are you kidding me. You really think I want something that you are telling I would be protected by the lemon laws. Would not warrant the brakes outside of the warranty or replace the rotors and pads. Total waste of time. More
