Dissatisfied We went Memorial Day weekend for a scheduled appointment. The gentleman that helped us seemed to have his mind somewhere else and kept making excuses We went Memorial Day weekend for a scheduled appointment. The gentleman that helped us seemed to have his mind somewhere else and kept making excuses. I felt like we were put off, I was scheduled for oil change and tire rotation and it took two hours because they were attempting to fix my Bluetooth which was not resolved. When my car was finished we were not notified and the staff kept making excuses. I hope to have a better experience next time when I'm in for an oil change. I can say the sales associates are amazing at John Hinderer Honda! More
