Quality work done but high “Diag fee” Great quality service, we have taken our van here several times in the past. This time our cruise control was not working and it was because our brake Great quality service, we have taken our van here several times in the past. This time our cruise control was not working and it was because our brake pedal needed shifted (very simple procedure from how it was described) and we were charged a $115 “diag fee”. All the employees were very nice and friendly, very clean facility and we will continue going there. But we have never been charged this fee before and still not sure why we were charged this time. My Second Purchase here. This is my second car I've purchased from John Hinderer Honda. First car I purchased was a solid car, reliable car. At the time of my first purchase my credit was horrible and they still managed to get me into something. The interest rate was high, but that's a given with bad credit. After owning that car for a couple years I came back in to see about trading it in for a newer car with a better rate. I didn't think I was going to be able to walk away with a new car and have the first car paid off completely. They managed to give me what I owe on my trade and get me a 2016 civic ex certified pre-owned. I didn't feel pressured, everyone is super nice. The sales guys worked with me all the way. I would recommend asking for Jason Needles or John Lee. Both great guys, I'll be going back there and asking for them for my next car for sure! More
