Good purchase experience but not sure about product We called ahead and let them know the specific car we were interested in. The responded right away and I was told to request a specific sales agent. W We called ahead and let them know the specific car we were interested in. The responded right away and I was told to request a specific sales agent. When we arrived this agent was not around and there seemed to be some confusion about what to do with us. After 5-10 minutes the agent and the car showed up and everything went smoothly until we got the car home and all the warning lights went on (we drove it less than 50 miles). While I understand that we purchased the used car “as is”, it would have been nice for the agent/dealership to respond to my email and calls. I have an appointment to take it to another dealership for service. More

My time is valuable and in short supply as I am sure is also true of you. It should take no more than 2-2.5 hours to bargain, finance and prep a car. More
