We looked at just about every option we could and in the end Zach and the dealership team not only got me into a vehicle I was very happy with but also at our price goal. Zach did a great job at going through all our options and was very patient and informative with us. Throughout the whole day almost everyone we came into contact with greeted and talked to us, were friendly and genuinely congratulated us once we decided what we were going with! To end it all Alexis helped setup the radio and phone settings efficient and effectively(made just being able to get into the car and go much easier)! I have purchased a total of 6 used cars and 1 new car in my life. John Lee and the Hinderer staff made this used car purchase feel like I was the only customer they had over the course of my 5 day buying experience. Customer service has been a huge part of my professional career and their team really nailed it. They were the only dealership of three that I visited to reach back out to me the day after my test drive. I was able to continue a conversation with the team via text and they eliminated any stress or anxiety I had around the purchase. In the end John Lee even came into the dealership the morning of his day off to help me finalize the sale. Truly top notch. More
