Guy could have cared less. I returned 3 hrs later to find my car sitting in the bay and he did not even know it. I stopped going to dealerships months ago because of the terrible experiences I had with salespeople. Amy was aware of this prior to my arrival and knew I simply was there to test drive, no intention of buy terrible experiences I had with salespeople. Amy was aware of this prior to my arrival and knew I simply was there to test drive, no intention of buying. Well I fell in love with a civic coupe. The entire process was easily the best experience I've ever had at a dealership. Henry and Amy were extremely personable and did everything to make sure I felt comfortable. I never once felt pressured into a decision and they both made it a priority to give me best experience. Alexis made sure I understood and knew how to work all of the features and was extremely patient. I would highly recommend working with these individuals for any vehicle needs. More
