Routine oil change, tire rotation I arrived 30 minutes before my appointment (finished errands early). My truck, however, was taken right in, and work completed. This was the most detailed communication I have had. I have question why my transmission stalls once in a while while I back out of my garage and again when putting the gear in drive, among other thing. The service agent was very interested in my question by asking me many questions. It was time for 30,000 mile service along with oil change. I had to wait for my car and expected to be there for at least two hours. An hour went by and my car was ready for me. Even got a car wash. The technician could not find anything wrong with the transmission. The problem I was there for, occurred again just yesterday. I understand the problem is not easily detected unless it happens when the tech can see it happening. Again, I was most impressed with all the questions the service, Jonathon, asked. Ever had the concern from prior service agents. I felt there was more hustle and bustle around the dealership than before. One thing that didn’t get done. My sticker that says the date and miles when I should come back for service did not get installed on my window. That’s is minor. Thank you. More
