The scheduled appointment for an oil change and wheel alignment took 2hrs. Mechanic/rep informed me at the end that they weren’t going to complete the wheel alignment (my car was shaking when driving) be alignment took 2hrs. Mechanic/rep informed me at the end that they weren’t going to complete the wheel alignment (my car was shaking when driving) because I was very close to needing new tires. They said they would do my tires and wheel alignment at the same time. Then didn’t give me the paperwork or quote for any of the information on the work they did so I could review their quotes for tires & services. And didn’t attempt to schedule me for tires & services. In addition they noted that my engine air filter was in need of replacement but there was no mention or questions if they had permission to replace- even if an additional fee, and no indication in the paperwork if they did in fact replace it or if they were putting off replacements until my future unscheduled tire services. The representative was very nice, and informed me that they discovered that I was a prepaid services customer, which is something I would think their computer system would tell them when my car & name came up in the system- as there isn’t a way to tell them when scheduling through their app, that is connected with my rewards/prepaid services plan. All I can say was that they were great at not pushing me or up selling me in anyway on this visit. The oil change and paperwork were thorough, and is a helpful detailed report to keep track of your cars care. More

I was incredibly skeptical they could do anything for me and my partner getting into a newer car. They worked a miracle and got us into a Civic that we’re very happy with and was just what we needed.
