He helped me with some of the oddities of the new car that come from the electronic elements: the trunk kept popping open and all the windows kept sliding down. He was never condescending and did not call me sweetie or honey or some such, as some car service people do, but acted respectfully and kindly toward me always. It was a very pleasant experience dealing with him. He is both competent and kind. More
