Awesome Buying Experience On August 23rd, 2019, I purchased a new Honda Accord from Michael Lanfranc. As we entered the dealership, we were greeted by Michael in a very pleasa On August 23rd, 2019, I purchased a new Honda Accord from Michael Lanfranc. As we entered the dealership, we were greeted by Michael in a very pleasant manner which encouraged us to sit down to begin the discussion of looking at cars. I planned on buying a car in the next few months, but not necessarily on my initial day of shopping. Michael was incredibly thorough with his explanation of the perks of all levels of service offered by John Hinder; as well as, the knowledge of the car of my interest. During the process, he introduced us to several employees at the dealership who assisted us in the process. During the test drive, Michael offered detailed information on the array of options available with car. Obviously for me the financial part of purchasing a car is the most stressful, but I felt like Michael made it as comfortable as it could be.
