Hello, thank you for your feedback. We appreciate you taking the time to leave a review... Our shuttle times vary drastically based on the day. For example, right now the shuttle is here with no calls and would be an instant transport. However, if the shuttle started to drive a client to Pataskala and someone else walks in and needs a shuttle, they would have to wait until the shuttle got back which depending on many factors could take 30-45 minutes or longer. At this time, due to lack of demand, we only have one driver. In the future, as demand continues we may be able to increase that to prevent instances like this from happening. I apologize for the inconvenience and in the future, hopefully, we are able to shuttle you quickly. Thanks again for your feedback, and sorry again for the delay in the shuttle :(

They got it done quick , but they forgot to reset the oil meter to 100 and I didn't like brake fluid sprayed on the engine smelled very bad ,took it back and they made it right ,was grateful More
