Very clean and pleasant place to shop. This was our second car from this specific location despite it not being the one closest to us. Trade in couldn't have been smoother and everyone was very kind to my very impatient toddlers as we waiting to sign. My only gripe was how long it took to get to finances, that waiting took longer than finding a new car, trade in values, test driving and all but it was worth it and we will continue to keep going to this location. I have bought, or leased, at least 5 cars, at Hinderer. They were great each time. All the staff treat you like family, or friends. They 'listen' to you. The autos they sell are top quality. I had an appointment for an oil change and was told I could use the shuttle to get back to work. I was excited about this because it would enable me to drop off my car during my half hour lunch break. could use the shuttle to get back to work. I was excited about this because it would enable me to drop off my car during my half hour lunch break. I was told the shuttle would be there in 5 minutes. After a half an hour, I was told the shuttle should be there any minute. After an hour and 25 minutes, I decided to just wait on my car. Disappointing. Everyone was very friendly and the wait area and personnel were wonderful. More
