After 10 years of having Honda’s we were treated like second class people when we stepped in. We talked with someone via text message for most of this year. We made an appointment to meet with her. She told us to see the sales manager first as we were going to get our leased appraised to use the equity towards a new car. Well it turns out her job is lure us in and they send us off with someone else. This someone else laughed at what we wanted and told us “we will not be appraising your car today!” Turns out they also were unwilling to do what we wanted since they wouldn’t make any money. We found a car that we liked but we felt very intimidated the whole time there. I have never in 10 years with a Honda been so disrespected. It wasn’t just this dealership it was two others here in Central Ohio. I’m not even complaining about price as I understand times are what they are and these people deserve to get paid and support their families. My issue is complete lack of respect for me and my family. Turns out when times are tough they show their true colors. This will be the last time we deal with this dealership and probably Honda as a whole. We had two great experiences prior to this but this was enough to make me never want to step foot in their again. They refused to talk to us about extending our lease. They also refused to allow us to see how much buying out the lease would be. I assume it’s because they would lose money. They also made us sign a paper that said if they hit a certain amount we were required to buy that car. Of course we bought the car they knew we had to do something and they intimidated us into it. Yes at the end of the day they worked with us a little bit in the price, but that was after hours of intimidating us and making us feel bad about our financial situation and overall laughing at whatever idea we had. We went to put money down to guarantee a car and instead got a used car the same year as our lease with double the miles. We were lied to from day one by this dealership. More

From where I stand and the little money I had down there were able to put me in a new car. They are definitely at the top of my list for anyone recommending on geting a new car this place is the most welcom were able to put me in a new car.
