Service call today. My first since I purchased my first vehicle from John Hinderer Honda. The appointment was easy to get and took me on time and finished up faster than expected. The waiting room was comfortable with plenty of comforts to offer waiting patrons. I purchased a maintenance package when I bought the CR-V so my oil was changed for free. I also had a paint treatment with sealer. The service department always washes the car and vacuums the interior with a window wash. It was awesome. More

The staff is god awful people,It was a Saturday Labor day weekend 2022 , I received a call from a Nancy saying she was with a Credit union that does the Financing for John Hinder Honda ,She asked for my info weekend 2022 , I received a call from a Nancy saying she was with a Credit union that does the Financing for John Hinder Honda ,She asked for my information and put me on hold while she said she pulled up my credit report ,which the call itself sounded all bogus ,so anyway she said I was Aporoved just bring my ID and proof of Income she even sent me an E-mail which looked Bogus she titled it "Credit Yes" and it said (Lender Decision) (APPROVED) again it did not say Pre-Approved ,So I woke up my Handicapped Sister to give me a Ride which was 1hour away,which my Sister was exhausted from just having surgery,and this whole time I had a gut feeling that this was all Bogus ! So I arrived at the dealership and after talking to the car sales man , I knew it was all a Scheme to get me there to the dealership! I was and am still pissd off! More
