Calvin was a very polite salesman to deal with. He was never pushy and eager to accommodate. He was also very patient being that he was with us for 5 hours trying to work with me and waiting for my husban never pushy and eager to accommodate. He was extremely knowledgeable (walked through all of the details without being pushy) and was patient with my indecisiveness. Highly recommend! After test driving a few vehicles elsewhere, I came back to John Hinderer for the car that fit my needs but the customer service was a key factor in me even wanting to return. All of the employees were friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help in any way! I ended up with a Passport that I'm in love with and so happy (once I made the decision) the transaction moved through quickly. More
