We came all the way from New Concord to this dealership because they had the color and interior and trim of the Odyssey we wanted. The first person that reached out to me via text from this dealership was because they had the color and interior and trim of the Odyssey we wanted. The first person that reached out to me via text from this dealership was Rachel and she got my attention with letting me know about the incentives you had at this lot. As I was in contact with several other lots, the texting helped me know the benefits of working with your dealership. I didn’t accept any phone calls. Then she handed me over to Jarrod, Jarrod was responsive to my communications and offered to match the other dealerships specials which helped me see that there was no value in going to another lot to have them do a dealer trade for this same car. The buying experience was good especially the time that my husband got to spend learning more about the financial aspects of the purchase from Brad. He was very knowledgeable and helped him see that we were getting a great deal. My least favorite part of the experience was that we were there from 1:30-5:45 which makes for a long day with a baby. The kids room was nice when I decided to nurse our little one and lay her down for a nap....until the cleaning lady came with the vacuum. Also, the Honda Genius lady didn’t even talk to us. She told us she would give us a minute to get the baby seat in the car so we could get our child in and then she told me to sit down in the driver’s seat (which I did). Acouple minutes after I sat there, Jarrod told us that she mentioned answering some questions of some other customers in their Honda and that she “would only be a minute.” She also had my key with her because we were literally at that stage of the process when she walked away from us. 35-40 minutes later, we left without getting to see her or learn about our new vehicle and I didn’t even know that she still had my keys with her. Thankfully Jarrod made it right by literally driving the 50 minutes each way to our home the next day to apologize for her and give us our keys. We will YouTube the things we need to know and use the owners manual. More
