Love my new CVR but disappointed in one area of service! I was very pleased with my experience at John Hinderer Honda until the final purchase of my car. Jason was great to work with, patient as I was decid I was very pleased with my experience at John Hinderer Honda until the final purchase of my car. Jason was great to work with, patient as I was deciding what I wanted, communicated well with me and made an effort to find the right car for me. My only problem came at the final sale when temporary tags were put on my car and I was told that I would have to go to the BMV to get the registration from my previous car transferred to the new car so that I could use the plates I have always had. At the time of the final sale, I was told that Jason could have done the paper work at the dealership, transferred the registration and put my plates on the new CRV. Because that was not done, I spent 2 hours and 15 minutes at the BMV standing outside in the extreme heat waiting for a 5 minute meeting to have the registration transferred. Needless to say, I was NOT a happy new car owner. Still like the car very much but would be a much happy new car owner if I had not had the issue with transferring the license plates. More

Very good service, not to long of a wait time. Went in for an oil change, tire rotation and inspection. Needed and a new battery which was covered under warranty and also had my tire rotation charge waved for an oil change, tire rotation and inspection.
