I always like working with JHH. I’ve always had a great sales person and this time was no different. I will be back for my next vehicle. I’ve always had a great sales person and this time was no different. I will be back for my next vehicle. More
Bryant at the service desk was very professional and got my Honda Pilot in for an oil change promptly, and without an appointment. I purchased a 2015 mini cooper from this dealership. During the purchase process the manager told sold me a car care service plan which is to be used for oil changes. This car care service plan would become active after the 2 years of dealership oil changes. So a 3 year plan plus 2 years of dealership oil changes makes 5 years of oil changes. So I was told. After I got home I read the contract from top to bottom. It clearly states 3 years from purchase date. Dated for the day I bought the car. So I emailed the salesman who sold me the car and asked him to verify that i would be able to get 5 years of oil changes using first the dealerships then this care plan. He responded with it does but ill have someone call you and explain. A few hours latter inget a voice-mail explaining the contract is like coupons. I can use them whenever even after the 3 years on the contract is up. So I call fidelity. The ones who honor the contract. They explained how the contract works. And surprisingly it works exactly how it reads. Back to right after I signed all the paperwork. When inget into the car to drive home in my new mini. There's an error on console. Stability control non-functioning drive carefully and see your service department asap. I showed the manager I believe his name was Dave. And he told me when I get home to call and schedule service. He knew I drove for an hour and 40 minutes to get there. On the way home after i disabled traction controll and reenabled it the error was cleared. That error has not resurfaced and so I still don't know the cause. It's been close to 2 months. The salesman has been quick to respond to questions and willing to get others involved when he doesn't know the answeres. Now the service experience. I noticed after 3 days the floor under my feet was getting wet when I drove for a while with the AC on. So i scheduled an appointment to have the john hinderer service department fix it. I dropped my car off on a Tuesday night so there water guy could look at it on Wednesday morning. I asked about price when I scheduled the appointment and was told my service advisor would call me and let me know before the repair was done. So Wednesday at 5, after I've gotten off work, I call the service department and ask what was the status on my car. The man who answered didn't know. So he transferred me to the manager. I don't remember his name. It was not the sales manager I spoke of earlier. He told me he didn't know and would look into it. And told me he texted the water guy and would call him to find out what was going on. A few hours later I get a call from another manager, from his personal cell phone, and told he would have my service advisor call me first thing in The morning. Thursday morning I still don't have a call by 11 so I emailed my salesman and explained what was going on and asked him if he would and could get someone to call me and let me know whats going on. He promptly responded and said he would talk to the service manager. Still no call by noon so i call them. Still no one knows what's happened with my car. They don't know if it was fixed or not. During this call I did find out my advisor was out sick on Wednesday so that's why he didn't call me. And the manager working at this time would contact my advisor and find out what's going on. At 5 pm I finnaly get a call and he tells me my car is done ready to be picked up but there's a nail In the sidewall of my tire and they don't have a tire to replace it and it will take a few days to get a replacement. I tell them I'm picking my car up on Friday. At this point I have emailed John hinderer of honda who has yet to respond. Within 2 months water pump and engine mount needs replaced. there's more to the store reached posting max. More
