Was told I could be shuttled home in spite of the 15 mile radius policy. I double checked again with the person who scheduled my service. I showed up second in line last week and missed the shuttle by one pe radius policy. I double checked again with the person who scheduled my service. I showed up second in line last week and missed the shuttle by one person. Was told 10 minutes later that due to policy I could not be shuttled home and left without getting my car fixed. No attempt to resolve the issue. Just “that’s not our policy”. I’m not looking to get anyone in trouble but I wouldn’t have got up early and drove 1 hour round trip only to get nothing accomplished. Felt a little like I was being called a liar for saying the person I spoke with said they could make the 22 mile trip work, considering it would be a 3-4 hour service running north of $1500. More
