I was traveling from out of state visitng family and my truck broke down on a Sunday while leaving the hotel. After a few phone calls, I was referred to John Hinderer Honda since their service department w truck broke down on a Sunday while leaving the hotel. After a few phone calls, I was referred to John Hinderer Honda since their service department was open. I spoke with Luis and he assured me that I could have the truck towed there and they would be able to service it. I wasn't let down. Within minutes of arriving Phillip tested my battery and got me scheduled for service to be completed same day, but at the latest the next morning. I called at 8am the next morning and it was already ready to go. These folks exceeded all my expectations. Without the stress I was able to enjoy an extra unplanned day with family instead of worrying about the status of when my vehicle would be completed. I highly recommend this service department!
