Hinderer Honda gave me a price for new brakes, and then after I dropped off the car and they'd taken off the wheels, called me to say it would be $200 more than the price I was given. They knew the make an after I dropped off the car and they'd taken off the wheels, called me to say it would be $200 more than the price I was given. They knew the make and model when I called to get a price, but then claimed my make of car actually costs more for brakes than I was told. They wouldn't honor the price they gave me and kept passing blame. I will NEVER use Hinderer for anything EVER again. I am encouraging everyone I know to go to a different dealership such as Buckeye Honda in Lancaster who actually honors their pricing. More

This was the worst I have ever dealt with.
