This was my first time to Hinderers service department. I went in for a routine oil change. The service was quick and courteous. The service was explained well. Great service from Phillip, he tried his butt off to work with me the best he could. Sunbit gave us an issue with paying for work I had done on the car. Previously used sunbit a few times and had a $1500 lim with me the best he could. Sunbit gave us an issue with paying for work I had done on the car. Previously used sunbit a few times and had a $1500 limit. This time it was cut in half at $790 which was around $500 less than what I needed. Had to put the rest on my wifes sunbit to cover it. Their customer service couldn't give any answers on why there was a decrease in the amount from the last time. Thanks Phil see you again soon More

Took my car in for an oil change & my auto butler .. I arrived about 30 min before my scheduled appointment time at 1:00pm I was told that it should only be about 3 to 3 1/2 hours .. that time went by at arrived about 30 min before my scheduled appointment time at 1:00pm I was told that it should only be about 3 to 3 1/2 hours .. that time went by at which time I heard nothing from the service department So I called in at 5:45 & was finally told that they just then had my car ready . Good thing I had my daughter pick me up , I would not have been happy waiting 6 hours at the dealership More
