The overall experience was friendly, fast, and enjoyable up until it was time to purchase the car: Which is understandable given the day of purchase. But still, 3 hours from “This is the car” to “I now own up until it was time to purchase the car: Which is understandable given the day of purchase. Overall though Joe was phenomenal and was dedicated to finding us the best car, regardless of how long it took. He was a pure joy! More
Overall seems like a good dealership but our experience was less than ideal. Seem like nice people who work there, friendly, professional for the most part. We went through the buying process, and the sales team was more than patient and willing to work with us. But by the time it came to pick up our vehicle, none of the accessories had been added to the vehicle, even though they told us over the phone it was ready for pickup (no trailer hitch, seasonal package II, wheel locks, etc.). After inspecting the vehicle, I asked the sales manager where these accessories were, so he said he’d go check on it. After having checked, he told me they didn’t have them and would have to order them. So, we took the van home to wait for the call when the accessories came in. The very next morning, Clayton, our sales rep called and told us the accessories had been there all along. So, either the sales manager was grossly mistaken, or we were lied to right in the dealership that previous day. They added the accessories the next day when we picked up the vehicle, and I let Clayton know my disappointment with the dealership. To be clear, Clayton was a superb sales representative. We would buy several more vehicles through him. When he made a mistake, he owned up to it right away and made it right. We respected him highly for that. He wasn’t the one who told us they didn’t have the accessories we paid for. In conclusion, we will not be recommending this dealership to anyone, unfortunately. More

Was at dealership for over four hours which was to long to lease a car. Was not even close to the advertised price of lease. not enough inventory for having a big sale that weekend. Went in to get a key made and another part everyone was very helpful even when i got on the lot eager to help was also told about a recall on car they took care of 2 recalls on vehicle as well as getting k very helpful even when i got on the lot eager to help was also told about a recall on car they took care of 2 recalls on vehicle as well as getting key done very prompt on getting the job done and had other part ordered talked to about 6 different people while there all were very pleasant and very helpful a very respectful dealership will most definately go back for anymore of my needs More

I thought I had made an online appointment but I didn't receive notification. I called to confirm my appointmentand though I didn't have one, I could come in anytime for regular maintenance.
