Sometimes the operations seems a little unorganized. The past few visits my husband and I had issue with my lease. Once we were told to come back the next day to pick up my spare key fob and when he picked past few visits my husband and I had issue with my lease. Once we were told to come back the next day to pick up my spare key fob and when he picked it up it seemed like no one knew what he was talking about. My CR-V was in the shop recently and there were a few hiccups but I was mostly informed about it. Due to covid my car was in the shop for over 6 weeks but Honda covered the additional rental car cost. When I went to pick my car up the worker accidentally gave me a different set of keys and a different worker and myself were very confused why my key wasn’t working. It was funny but a little unorganized. I feel bad saying this because everyone is always so nice but I think it’s important for the customers to feel confident in the operations and I cannot say as a costumer that I am totally confident in the operations. I don’t see the names of any of the auto body shop personnel, I did come in contact with Amy via rental services- she was very nice! More
