Took my Honda in for an Oil change. I had Adrian as my contact for the service and there was some issues about my membership being listed as a gold membership instead of a platinum membership as I had pai contact for the service and there was some issues about my membership being listed as a gold membership instead of a platinum membership as I had paid for. Adrian was very helpful in getting everything figured out and switched over for me. The sales department was less than satisfactory as this was an issue that never should have happened. However all that being said, Adrian went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed. More
