My recent lease was be my 6th vehicle from John Hinderer Honda. Staff is always friendly and very helpful. From my sales person Ryan to Alexis who help set up Bluetooth and features in my new vehicle. While Honda. Staff is always friendly and very helpful. From my sales person Ryan to Alexis who help set up Bluetooth and features in my new vehicle. While I was waiting on paperwork to be drawn up I waited in line for coffee. I was unable to get my coffee before being called to the finance office. Shaun brought me a cup of coffee made to my specifications. The finance staff member Juliana was happy to bring paperwork to my home to sign when due to additional cosigner. Talking numbers and specifics on a deal is never fun but the staff here always makes you feel welcome and important. From every last detail. This is why I continue to buy my vehicles here. More

Everything seems ok. Truck is clean and everything is aligned. I asked the manager if when they put the bed back on the truck ( they had to pull the bed to do the work) they didn’t paint or put some anti aligned. I asked the manager if when they put the bed back on the truck ( they had to pull the bed to do the work) they didn’t paint or put some anti rust compound on the spots where the bed was bolted to the frame. I thought that would be a given treatment. But other than that it was a great experience. The rental provided was appropriate size and I didn’t hit my head once. More
