When I bought my 2013 Honda Accord from this dealership I was told that I get first four oil changes free which the first one wasn’t due until the following year because when I bought the car, it was near th was told that I get first four oil changes free which the first one wasn’t due until the following year because when I bought the car, it was near the end of the year and it was set for every 6 months. I got the oil change on time when it was due. At my 3rd oil change, I was told I had one free oil change left! So, when I took my car in on 3/9/23 the service advisor Emily that the free oil changes was expired. If that was the case, I should’ve been informed that I needed to get my last one early because there was a time limit but I wasn’t told a thing!! I had planned on looking around at vehicles while I was waiting because I was wanting to trade my car in on a new vehicle. So, after being done like that I decided to wait and look around somewhere else for my next vehicle. To top it all off, they tried telling me that the tech said that I would need to think about replacing my cabin filter and air filter. I told Emily that I know he was that’s not true because I just replaced them myself.. they was about a month and a half old. That experience was the last for me at John hinderer Honda More
