I told him I made the appointment on Honda's website and not with third parties, and tried to show him the appointment on my phone, but he didn't look at it. I asked him to check his computer, but he did not. Then, he added: "It is up to you if you want to stay, but there are many cars in front of you and probably will have to wait one hour and a half."
