Went in to trade my 2013 Ford Edge for a 2017 Ford Explorer. Cole did all he could for us to get us in a new vehicle. The day after we bought it we noticed a clunking sound from the rear suspension. T Explorer. Cole did all he could for us to get us in a new vehicle. The day after we bought it we noticed a clunking sound from the rear suspension. Took it into the service center they said they didn’t see anything wrong so they grease it up and told me it was good to go. Few hours go by and does it again. They now tell me it’s a upper control arm. They said I would have to but the part and bring it in to get put on. They quoted me 260 dollars to put 2 bushings on which are 20 dollar parts. Why should I have to pay to get it fixed when I just spent 25k on a vehicle? I wonder if this car was throughly inspected before it hit the lot. There is body damage to the quarter panel and a blind spot sensor that is always on. More
