Very unprofessional don’t listen to customer service advisor is disrespectful to customers calling them Liars. When buying my car I specifically told them I wanted the loan to be with a certain bank whi advisor is disrespectful to customers calling them Liars. When buying my car I specifically told them I wanted the loan to be with a certain bank which I got the loan with but they also sent my information to multiple banks without my permission so now I’m getting denial letters from multiple banks after I already got approved by the bank I told them to contact and go through within seconds of sending the application to the bank for the loan. I want to know why they send my information to multiple banks after I was approved by my bank of choice. The next is service department when we bought car in for part ordered and had tire fixed the part was incorrect my daughter also had to have a valve stem replaced on front left which was bad A few days before that my daughter bought valve stem covers that had a ford emblem on them they lost stole misplaced or through out old valve stem and some how the cap came up missing . My daughter left the dealership and shortly later noticed that the valve stem camp was replaced by another cap and not the covers she bought for it upon returning to the dealership the service advisor was rude to her because she is a female and told her it had just a plastic cap on it and not the ford caps she bought and put on it She just put air in it that morning before going to dealership to get it repaired she put cap back on Service advisor looked at valve stem before taking it in and said those are cool valve stem covers my daughter said thank you When my daughter told him that he back peddled and act if he did not say that and went out to the shop and grabbed a random valve stem and said this is what came off the car and pretty much called my daughter a liar It was less than $10 for the pack of 4 valve stem covers but it’s the principle behind it. We will not have the car serviced there ever again unless we absolutely have to only if it is a warranty item that is only covered through their in-house warranty other than that we are done. More
