I have always been extremely pleased with the service from the time I entered until the time I left. The technicians who performed the service this time were excellent. The customer service rep who met m from the time I entered until the time I left. The technicians who performed the service this time were excellent. (Brian) He made the whole experience awful and if I had not purchased a service agreement I would be looking for another service center. I made this complaint in writing to Jason who inquired via email about my experience and have yet to get a reply. It is hard to recommend this service. The actual service was good and I would recommend that but the customer care was awful and made the whole experience a nightmare. More
