We haven't purchased a new car in over 30 years, having only purchased used vehicles. We were just beginning our search when we went in to look at a new CRV, not intending to purchase that day. They were understanding of this and didn't high pressure us to buy right then. After visiting the other dealership that evening and talking it over, we purchased the CRV that same night. It’s usually a great place for service but I tried to call for 2 days. Finally got the number off of the card of the person who checked me out the last time and called him direct. I was checking to make call for 2 days. Finally got the number off of the card of the person who checked me out the last time and called him direct. I was checking to make sure they receive my request for service that I completed online. He assured me I did have an appt. I got there the girl said I did not have an appt I told her to check she said she did and I didn’t have an appt. So I was going to have to wait 2 hours. But in the end I only waited 1 hour. Something was definitely wrong that day. More
