I live in North Carolina and was visiting family in Newark, Ohio I had planned and to leave Newark the next morning, when I noticed that the protective covering underneath my CRV was bent and hanging Newark, Ohio I had planned and to leave Newark the next morning, when I noticed that the protective covering underneath my CRV was bent and hanging low, dragging at times on any raised pavement. I went to nearest Honda, which was Hinderer, and even though it was an unscheduled Saturday afternoon visit, they got me in and repair (fastened) the covering and provided a free car wash to boot. Emily Douglass was awesome as service advisor keeping me abreast on vehicle repair status. Hunter Compton was also awesome taking time out to show me some of their Honda Pilots. I'll recommend him to my family in Newark if they are looking for a vehicle. Two hours later after I had arrived, my vehicle was repaired. I visit the Newark area about 3 times a year and will definitely take any service work needed on my CRV while traveling to them. More
