I spent a week researching purchasing a new Honda Odyssey and I spoke with Aspen over the phone about coming in to purchase one. I let her know that I live nearly an hour away and before my wife and I get a babysitter and drive out, whether the pricing on the website is accurate (can I really get that deal?). I also asked specifically if there were any dealer added items that were off of the normal sticker and I was told there were none. After we test drove the car, they gave us a proposed deal with pricing that was higher than the invoice pricing on the website for the other vans at that same trim level. After I pointed out this issue, the salesman and sales manager (Ronald) said the website was wrong and was going to be overhauled soon, so it isn't really accurate. I also brought up that they had added $2k in dealer extras, which I had been previously promised to me that had not been added. They refused to rectify the situation and said “since we have already added those items, there is nothing we can do." One of the items was a “protection package” for $1,289 that they couldn’t fully explain what it included. I was lured in with a deal that did not exist and because of their dishonesty and unwillingness to do the right thing, we left. Buyer beware and be ready to pay much more! More

I bought my Honda CRV on July 3rd came home and tried to set my clock and it wouldn't work. I texted my salesman right away and he assured me it would be fixed. I took it in the following Saturday and was told they had to order the part. I called them after a couple weeks with the status and was told they forgot to order the part but he assured me he would order it and I could come in 2 days to have it installed. I went on Saturday and was told they ordered the wrong part. Then Justin Hinderer told me they could not fix it after all because the part was too expensive. They refused to keep their word and said they would not fix it! I am extremely disappointed in the customer service I received and will never go back and will tell everyone about what happened as a result. Shame on them! More
